Opportunity

A global SaaS provider within the digital commerce and automation space is expanding its product function and seeking a Product Owner to join its international Digital Commerce team. You’ll play a key role in defining, building, and enhancing B2B eCommerce products that drive measurable business value for global clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, and deliver high-impact product features.

• Translate customer needs and business goals into detailed user stories, wireframes, and requirements.

• Partner with Product Management to align product vision and roadmap with market opportunities.

• Gather feedback, analyse performance, and iterate on solutions to maximise customer value.

• Maintain product documentation and ensure clarity across development, UX, and customer success teams.

• Monitor emerging trends and competitor activity to guide ongoing innovation.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience as a Product Owner within a B2B SaaS or eCommerce environment.

• Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, UX/UI, and cloud integrations (ERP/CRM).

• Skilled in Agile/Scrum, with experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar tools.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration abilities.

• Degree in a relevant discipline; Agile or Scrum certification preferred.
